Resources / Technical knowledge

Better information. Better project decisions.

Practical introductions to the engineering and technology workflows behind project delivery.

BIM / Workflow note

Agree the information before modelling.

Define disciplines, project stage, modelling scope and required drawings before production starts. Identify who authors each model and how revisions are reviewed. A useful brief includes source drawings, model versions and the intended use of the information.

VDC / Workflow note

Connect reviews with construction decisions.

Bring discipline information and construction sequencing into shared reviews. Record interfaces, owners and actions so a model review produces decisions that teams can follow through.

Automation / Workflow note

Start with a repeatable engineering task.

Choose a task with explicit inputs, rules and outputs: drawing creation, parameter updates or quantity schedules. Supply sample models and expected results. Exceptions and review steps belong in the workflow brief.

Revit / Workflow note

Standardize the inputs to custom tools.

Revit versions, templates, families and shared parameters influence automation behavior. Agree these dependencies and test on representative models before distributing a plug-in to production teams.

Construction Technology / Workflow note

Connect design information with delivery.

A technology brief should describe the engineering decision or production task it supports. Define users, authorized data access, required outputs and existing systems before choosing an integration.

4D / 5D / Workflow note

Time and quantities need their own inputs.

4D connects model elements with a construction programme. 5D quantity and cost workflows need measurement rules and cost inputs. Both require review of the model information used for the agreed purpose.

Scan-to-BIM / Workflow note

Set the scope of existing-condition information.

Define the survey coverage, modelling disciplines, required detail and deliverables. Point clouds and site records support the model; agree how hidden or unrecorded conditions will be handled.

Engineering Workflows / Workflow note

Make handovers explicit.

Define deliverables, model exchanges, drawing requirements and approval responsibilities. Keep the scope of each discipline clear, and agree how information changes move through coordination and review.

Frequently asked questions

Before we begin.

What should we share to start a project?

A short scope, project location and stage, source drawings or model references, disciplines, scale and delivery timeline. The project intake form gathers these details.

Can you support both design and BIM?

Yes. Our profiles cover architectural, structural, MEPF and interior design alongside BIM/VDC and construction solutions. The contracted scope defines the disciplines and outputs.

Does every project need LOD 400?

No. The level of development depends on the elements, intended use and project stage. Coordination and fabrication information have different requirements.

Can you automate an existing Revit workflow?

Share representative models, your Revit version, task rules and examples of the desired output. We can assess a custom plug-in or Dynamo / Python workflow.

Where do you deliver projects?

Our portfolio includes India, the USA, Ireland and KSA, with leadership experience in the UK. Pune and Cupertino are the locations listed in the profiles.

Can we upload reference documents?

Use a document URL in the inquiry form, with appropriate access permissions. Direct file uploads are not currently supported.
